What will AGI do for Chronic Treatment Adherence?
Care managers and primary care providers prescribe complex regimens for chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension, but lose all visibility once the patient leaves the clinic. Between quarterly visits, adherence drops rapidly as patients struggle with side effects, schedule changes, or dosage confusion. The clinician only discovers this non-adherence months later when a routine lab test shows deteriorating biomarkers, or when the patient lands in the emergency department.
