What will AGI do for Post-Operative Readmission Prevention?
Surgical care teams and hospital administrators face steep financial penalties and deteriorating patient outcomes when post-operative patients return to the emergency department. Once a patient leaves the surgical unit, visibility into their recovery drops to zero, leaving clinical staff dependent on patient-initiated outreach or infrequent scheduled follow-ups. By the time a patient reports a fever, increased pain, or wound discharge, the complication has often progressed far enough to require emergency intervention and readmission.
