This subclass comprises long distance passenger transportation for a specific occasion by road vehicles with sufficient interior height for a person to stand, typically buses but not limousines or taxis, with driver. Service is not operated on regular schedules or routes, and is available only by reservation of the entire vehicle, for which a fee is charged to the party who makes the reservation. The party who makes the reservation may or may not charge the passengers an explicit fee for the transportation. Covers use of vehicles that are accessible to passengers using wheelchairs and other mobility aids.
