Transportation of passengers by water on fixed routes within harbours, transportation of passengers by water on fixed routes on inland waters except the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Seaway, and transportation of passengers by water, not on fixed routes. Service may operate on a regular schedule or on demand. Service that is not on fixed routes often requires advance reservation.
